Every person needs a place to turn when problems cause them trouble and they experience anxiety, depression, irritability, and other symptoms of stress. At such times they need an understanding, confidential, and knowledgeable person with whom to get the bottom of things and help create a management strategy to minimize or eliminate the impact of the problem or problems on their lives.
